Verbascum Thapsus / Mullein AKA Beggars Blanket or Beggars Flannel - This herb is medicinal. Used for respiratory ailment as it eases discomfort. Prepared in teas. It Loosens mucus, clears congestion, and makes breathing easier. Used for colds, asthma and bronchitis. May help fight of infection. It is anti-inflammatory containing flavonoids and saponins. Can be used topically for these purposes infused in oil.  Can also fight gastrointestinal symptoms such as bloating, diarrhea and constipation.

Oceanspray - Heracleum maximum

Oceanspray - Heracleum maximum - The seeds were cooked and eaten and the stems were used to make furniture by native Americans.

St. John's Wort

St. John's Wort - Medicinal used in teas, treats depression.

Lupine

Lupine - Edible after soaking. Makes a great low carb flour. 

Could be dandelion, false dandelion, or cat's ear - All are edible. Consume with caution. 

Purple Thistle

Purple Thistle - Unopen flower buds are edible, including all other parts of the plant.
